Yia Vang's Grilled Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground lamb

2 tablespoons Krunchy Chili Oil

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic

Preparation

  1. Mix together the Krunchy Chili Oil, fish sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic. Add in the ground lamb and mix.
  2. Roll into 10-12 meatballs and skewer.
  3. Grill over fire or hot coals until evenly cooked through, turning as they cook to evenly cook on all sides.
  4. Serve with rice, romaine lettuce for wrapping, and UHK sauces for dipping.
  5. Garnish with sliced radishes or other favorite veggie toppings.
