Yia Vang's Grilled Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground lamb
2 tablespoons Krunchy Chili Oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
Preparation
- Mix together the Krunchy Chili Oil, fish sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic. Add in the ground lamb and mix.
- Roll into 10-12 meatballs and skewer.
- Grill over fire or hot coals until evenly cooked through, turning as they cook to evenly cook on all sides.
- Serve with rice, romaine lettuce for wrapping, and UHK sauces for dipping.
- Garnish with sliced radishes or other favorite veggie toppings.
