Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

Serves 6

2 x 10 oz bags frozen Sno-Pac Organic Mixed Vegetables
1 cup frozen Sno-Pac Organic Diced Onions
2 cans Pacific Foods Organic Cream of Chicken condensed soup
2 small potatoes, chopped (optional)
2 celery stalks, chopped (optional)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp oregano
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Immaculate Organic refrigerated Flaky Biscuits

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except biscuits in a 4-5 quart slow cooker. Mix.
  2. Cook 6-8 hours on low.
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  4. 15 minutes prior to serving, cook biscuits in the oven.
  5. Serve chicken pot pie in a wide bowl, add optional freshly chopped parsley, top with a biscuit or two, and enjoy!
