GOCHUJANG GREEN BEANS


Ingredients

12 ounces green beans, cut in half   

2 cloves garlic, minced   

2 Tbsp gochujang paste   

1 Tbsp hoisin sauce   

2 Tbsp rice vinegar   

4 Tbsp avocado oil   

2 Tbsp sesame seeds   

Preparation

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop beans in, cook for 1 minute. Remove to a bowl of ice water and cool, then drain and let dry.   

Toss beans with remaining ingredients, and top with sesame seeds.
