Stovetop Marmalade
Ingredients
4 pounds oranges, scrubbed and divided into two groups
1 lemon, juiced
½ cup water
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
First half of oranges: peel (discard peels) and remove all white pith and seeds. Chop segments, retaining all juice.
Second half of oranges, cut off ends, (do not peel) and chop orange into ½ inch pieces.
Preparation
Add oranges, lemon juice, and ½ cup water to a large heavy-bottomed pot. Simmer on lowest setting for 40 minutes. Add sugar and vanilla, and simmer 10-15 minutes more. Depending on how juicy the oranges are, it may need 10 more minutes until thick.

Buy Wedge Made meatballs, place on a parchment lined baking sheet, cook in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Add to slow cooker and cover with marmalade. Heat on low for 2 hours until full cooked and saucy.
