Baked Chicken Wings


Ingredients

2lbs chicken wings

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbs honey

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 tbs oil

1 tbs rice vinegar

Preparation

Combine sauce ingredients, pour over wings in a large bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes.

 

Preheat oven to 400

 

Cover large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, or brush pan with oil. Arrange wings in a single layer (2 sheets may be necessary). Discard remaining marinade.

 

Bake in oven 40 minutes, rotating pan halfway through cooking time. Wings should reach an internal temperature of 165.
