The one with the cheese
Cheese pairings for a relaxed cheese platter
Saint Rocco Mini Brie – A crowd pleasing brie! Pair with Pam’s Pepper Jam, Rye crispbread, crackers, and fruit.
Sartori Merlot Bellavitano (LOCAL) – Rich and creamy with notes of berry and plum from the Merlot soaked rind. Pair with crackers, Pam’s Pepper Jam and baguette.
Tine Caramore – Smooth with a richly sweet caramel flavor. Pair with crisp apples, pomegranate arils, Leksands Swedish Rye Crispbread, or try some with your slice of pie (no, really!)
Blue Cheese – From mild to fragrant, choose your favorite to pair with crackers, olives and top salads.
Pam’s Pepper Jam (LOCAL) -Sweet and spicy Raspberry Pepper Jam.
The one with the drinks
Syrup Sparkler
1-2 Tablespoons B&E Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
6-8 oz. Plain La Croix or any plain sparkling water
2 Tablespoons cranberries (see recipe below)
Pour sparkling water into glass, add maple syrup and stir. Add a tablespoon or two of cranberries. Garnish with lemon peel.
Cranberry Lime
6 oz. Cran-Raspberry or Lime La Croix
2 Tablespoons cranberries (see recipe below)
Fresh lime wedge
Mix La Croix and cranberries. Squeeze fresh lime wedge over before serving.
Cider Sipper
6-8 oz. Hoch Organic Apple Cider
2 Tablespoons cranberries (see recipe below)
Top Hoch cider (hot or cold) with organic cranberries for a festive drink.
Cranberries
1 cup fresh Ruesh organic cranberries
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons organic sugar (optional)
Sort and rinse cranberries. In a small pot bring water and sugar to low boil, stir until sugar is dissolves. Add cranberries and boil until they split. Turn off heat and cool. Can be made ahead and stored in fridge for a few days.
