Return Policy

We want you to love everything you buy in our store. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase in any way, let us know by stopping by Customer Service. You may also begin the return process by submitting this contact form (select the General Comments category). With your receipt or co-op owner purchase record, we can refund the full purchase amount to the original tender, provide a similar replacement, or issue store credit for the original purchase amount. Returns requested more than 30 days after purchase may be for store credit. All returns may be subject to management approval, and we reserve the right to refuse any return.
