From the Spring Share 2015 – the Wedge’s Guide to Cinco de Mayo
Ingredients
1/3 cup agave syrup
3 cups tequila blanco (omit for non-alcoholic version)
1/2 cup Cointreau (omit for non-alcoholic version)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 jalapeño, sliced lengthwise
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and chill for an hour.
Partygoers can self-serve the drinks over ice in highballs. Rub the rims with lime and dip in salt for the full effect.
For non-alcoholic version mix the punch with plain sparkling water and serve with ice, or try with your favorite LaCroix flavor.
