SPICED PUMPKIN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
2 scoops Sprout Living Pumpkin Seed Protein or Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma powder
2 cups milk of your choice (we like Crystal Ball Farms whole milk or Willa’s oat milk)
1 can pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice cubes
3 Tablespoons maple syrup (we like B&E’s Trees)
2 teaspoons Frontier Pumpkin Spice blend
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Enjoy as a protein boosted breakfast or an autumnal afternoon snack!
