Chai-Spiced Peach Chia Pudding
Ingredients

- ½ cup chia
- 2cups milk of choice
- 3 tbs local maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp chai or garam masala spice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ½ peach, diced
Preparation
Whisk ingredients to combine in a medium bowl, transfer to 4 individual serving containers, cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled, topped with diced peaches, and any additional desired toppings, such as chopped pecans and bee pollen.
