It is time for our annual co-op election! Each year during this season, the Board introduces a slate of candidates running for TCCP’s Board of Directors. Look for this year’s full slate announcement in August. Participating in this process is both a significant responsibility and a unique privilege for every co-op owner. By casting your vote, you help select three members who will lead our co-op over the next three years.

These individuals join a nine-person board elected by the membership to handle key duties, including:

• Recruiting board directors
• Providing financial oversight
• Managing long-range strategic planning
• Hiring and evaluating the CEO

Your involvement ensures that the co-op remains a source of quality jobs and excellent food options. Through this democratic process, we uphold our mission: “Building community by developing a strong local food system.”
