BIPOC Foodways Alliance (BFA) is our Change Matters partner this February! BFA uplifts, preserves, and archives stories of BIPOC communities through the lens of food, while simultaneously breaking down barriers between cultural communities. Their work involves finding the keepers of foodways knowledge and providing a platform to share that knowledge through The BIPOC Foodways Alliance Table. At the Table, underrepresented communities come together to share their culture, deep culinary knowledge and wisdom.
