Co-op Gift Guide

Shop small this holiday season! We’ve compiled a gift guide with items at the co-op so you can find just the thing for all the loved ones on your list. From the Home Chef to the Wellness Lover, we’ve got gifts in the bag. Find local, fair trade, handmade and seasonal items in store. Items vary by location, while supplies last!

the home chef

  1. Hand pick gourmet spices for the cook in your life from our bulk section, like Za’atar, Berbere, or Ras El Hanout.
  2. Treat them to Pachamama Coffee, which is both organic and cooperatively owned.
  3. Paulin’s Provisions is based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin and makes delicious Plum Mustard and Orange Marmalade.
  4. Wooden cutting boards made locally by Jewell Hollow or Wood From The Hood are beautiful and functional.
  5. Tinned fish with bright, aesthetic packaging becomes a focal point in any pantry.
  6. Every home cook can always use an extra wooden spoon, pinch bowl, or potholder.
  7. Elevate their daily olive oil with this delicate and fruity tasting bottle from L’estornell.

the wellness lover

1. Get them cozy socks made from Minneapolis-based Hippy Feet. Darn Tough and Maggie’s also make really warm pairs!

2. Locally handcrafted Bryn Mawr Soap makes zero waste gifting easy, with a variety of scents. Pair with a Sisal Soap Bag to amplify the lather and gently exfoliate.

3. Silky pillowcases are all the rage for taming hair frizz, and we’re smitten with this iridescent one from Kitsch.

4. Roots Essential is a local company making ayurvedic bath soaks with epsom salts,  herbs, and 100% pure essential oils to warm up on chilly winter nights.

5. Botanical Lucidty is based in Minneapolis, crafting nourishing herbal supplements like Adaptogenic Golden Chai. Treat them to a whole jar or a single serve packet.

6. Local and trusted Pranarom makes sustainably sourced and certified organic essential oils. Gift them a travel diffuser so they’re never without their favorite soothing scents.

7. Moon Valley Organics lotion bars come in a beautiful tin. Rubbed over the skin, the oils melt creating a protective seal with super emollient beeswax for an all-day moisturizer. Don’t forget the Peppermint Foot Rub!

the co-op explorer

1. Andes Gifts empowers artisans to make knitted hats, gloves and scarves. Whimsical animal styles are sure to make any kid smile, and keep them warm.

2. Insulated water bottles from Klean Kanteen come in fun prints, with a sippy or sport cap.

3. Warmies makes snuggable, huggable stuffed animals scented with real dried French lavender and are perfectly weighted for soothing warmth and comfort.

4. Choose from woman-owned Eeboo card games, puzzles, and centering cards for learning and connection.

5. Eco-dough is a great alternative to traditional play dough, made with all natural and non-toxic ingredients. Smooth, pliable and reusable!

6. Make bath time extra fun with bath bombs in Starry Night and Peppermint Twist from Pacha Soap Company.
