Shop in store for all your favorites including turkeys, sides, pies, and even holiday meals for one. Look for free-range local turkey, delicious Wedge Made vegan and vegetarian options, and the freshest local produce in town. Shop at Wedge Lyndale or Wedge Linden Hills. 

Our turkeys are organic or free range, raised with care by Larry Schultz, Ferndale and Kadejan, with no antibiotics or hormones. We’ve got you covered with helpful instructions on spatchcocking or roasting your bird at home. Round out your main dish with delicious sides from our tried and tested recipe library. Surprise your loved ones with unique takes on classics, like Gochujang Green Beans, Roast Carrots with Za’atar, Vegan No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars, or Cranberry Salsa.

If you’re tight on time, our deli case and grab & go coolers are freshly stocked for a quick trip. Think Buttermilk (or vegan!) Mashed Potatoes, Traditional Herb Stuffing, Brown Sugar Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Local Mac & Cheese, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. We haven’t forgotten about the pie: Toasted Pecan, Classic Pumpkin, and Streusel Apple come in full and half sizes. Plus, next-level pies from local Vikings & Goddesses are worth the splurge.
