Our brewed coffee is organic and fair-trade certified, delivered to us via bicycle from Peace Coffee, our friendly South Minneapolis neighbors. Our expert baristas are happy to customize your espresso drink, pronto.

Our all-organic tea menu offers fair-trade versions of such standards as Celtic Breakfast, a robust black tea blend, and Jasmine, a fragrant Chinese green tea. Feeling adventurous? May we suggest a flavored tea, like Mango Ceylon with Vanilla. Our naturally caffeine-free herbal selections include healthful Rooibos and calming Chamomile Lavender.

If you're going to need room in that cup for extras, know that our Half & Half is organic, our raw honey is local, our sugar is organic (and vegan), and we always have non-dairy milk alternatives.
